Subscribers Free Competiton
During the months of January, February and March 2008 we ran an exciting new competiton available to our Pooch News Subscribers*. Each month all Australian subscribers went into the draw to win a Doggie
Hamper valued at over $200. Thank you to everyone who participated in this competition and congratulations to the following winners.

Competition Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only.
- Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 13 years or older who access the Promoter's website at
www.aussiepm.com.au
during the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the wholesalers, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants will be required to provide their name and current email address to submit an eligible entry. All entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period.
- The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition opens at 0900AM AEST on Tuesday 1st January 2008 and closes at 1700 AEST on Monday 31st March 2008
("Competition Period"). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
- For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
- be an existing subscriber to Pooch News.or
subscribe online, type in your email address and complete the on-line entry providing all
information required ( by subscribing you are indicating consent to receive future Pooch News Communications).
- Additional entries are possible by way of referring a new subscriber.
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to
provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
There will be 3 separate draws for the Promotion. All draws will take place at Aussie Pooch Mobile Head Office one draw on each of the following dates. 1/2/08, 1/3/08 & 2/4/08.
The first valid entry drawn in each draw will each win a Doggy Hamper with a total prize value of $200. The prizes have been sourced from partners such as Merial, Royal Canin and Love Em Liver Treats. Aussie
Pooch Mobile will arrange for delivery of the prize to the prize winner.
The winners will be notified by e-mail, and the name of the winner of each draw will be displayed on www.aussiepm.com.au on the day they are drawn and will be published in our next edition of Pooch News:
Prizes will be delivered within 21 days of each winner confirming their current residential address.
The Promoter has no control over internet networks or lines including bugs/viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in
connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where
appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, each entrant also acknowledges that a further
primary purpose for collection of entrants' personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in
the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages.
