Cath Weston has just started in the Aitkenvale area and she is passionate about dogs and can’t wait to become part of the local dog’s life and caring for their best wellbeing.
Cath has spent the past 12 years working as a bank officer on Magnetic Island and while the scenery was great, the commute by ferry every day was no longer viable. This had Cath thinking about what she really wanted to do. After some thought, she knew the answer was work with dogs. They have always been her passion.
Cath says, “While attending my first Million Paws Walk at Jezzine Barracks, I treated my pooch Bill, to an Aussie Pooch Mobile dog wash. While he was getting his pamper I thought to myself “I would love to do this”. I enquired with the girls there, and as they say, the rest is history. I’m so excited to be starting this new journey of my life and can’t wait to meet the locals, both 2 legged and 4 legged.
“Apart from Bill, I also have a cat. I have always had dogs and can’t imagine life without them. I am also knows as ‘Grandma Cath’ to my son and daughter-in-law’s puppies. I love it when the Grandpuppies come for sleep-overs.”
