About the 2019 Customer Service Award
The Customer Service Award was designed to recognise great customer service and reward our leaders in service. The award is fiercely contested with over 180 dog groomers competing for the title Australia wide and the voting is left up to you! Our wonderful customers! To say thank you we are giving away a $250 hamper to one lucky customer!

Hi. I did not even know there was a competition!!
Never mind. Whoever it is who washes Hodor (our monster English Mastiff) and Bella (manic cross-breed) is a saint, as these are 2 friendly, but unwieldy dogs.
