Kim is always going above and beyond and provides exceptional friendly service every time she washes our Labrador! – Laura Kim is so loving and caring and really goes all the way to do a very good job. My pooch is 15 and very timid. With Kim she is great and just stands there the whole time, not shaking or anything. About the Customer Service Award
The Customer Service Award was designed to recognise great customer service and reward our leaders in service. The award is fiercely contested with over 180 dog groomers competing for the title. Being awarded this title is a big deal in the industry and comes with a lot of benefits for the winner.
